Bubble Wrap, Corrugated Paper, Tissue & Loose-fill
Small and large cell bubble wrap, anti-static bubble wrap and soft line bubble blanket are all available from stock in a range of lengths and widths. – Invented some fifty years ago, bubble wrap very quickly became established as industries first choice cushioning and protective material. Versatile, lightweight, clean and low cost, bubble wrap has been used to package and protect everything from glassware and crockery to medical equipment and soft fruit. The innovation of bubble wrap led to a significant reduction in goods being damaged in transit, consequentially, the cost saved has allowed for more competitive pricing.
Although conventional bubble wrap protects equipment from shock and vibration, it was recognised that sensitive electronic equipment remained at risk from electro-static discharge. To reduce this hazard, anti-static bubble wrap has been manufactured from a pink plastic that will dissipate an electro-static charge. - Anti-static bubble wrap is always available ex-stock from Box Works.
For the protection of all timber furniture, we suggest soft line bubble blanket. This material has been developed by bubble wrap manufacturers specifically for the protection of wooden furniture. Pliable shock absorbent bubble wrap has been sandwiched between a strong plastic membrane and an absorbent layer of tissue for direct contact with furniture.
